Drei Säulen, die zusammenreisen
Hosting in Deutschland allein bedeutet wenig, wenn der Vertragspartner eine Delaware LLC ist - der CLOUD Act hängt am Sitz, nicht am Server. Deutscher Vertragspartner allein bedeutet wenig, wenn die Server in Virginia stehen - das Zugriffs-Risiko liegt dort. Deutsches Recht allein bedeutet wenig, wenn beide oben fehlen - der Gerichtsstand löst das Datenproblem nicht.
